Purpose
The Aiken High Touchdown Club was formed to support, promote, encourage, and implement programs and services to benefit the Aiken High School Football program. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Bylaws of the Aiken High Touchdown Club, the operations, activities and powers of the organization shall be limited to those permitted by an organization described in Internal Revenue Code 501 (c)(3). Objects and purposes for which this organization is organized are exclusively charitable or educational within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
